year for another great tournament. This year the tournament will
be held at the
Crosswinds Golf Club on August 28, 2010. We really appreciate
your support in the past and
look forward to it this year. This is a really a great cause to
pay tribute to our old friend Robbie.
Last year, thanks
to all of your help and donations, the tournament was able to
contribute $6500 to Hospice Savannah! Your participation makes a
difference!
Robbie
Smith
was
a
vibrant
young
man who loved life to the
fullest. His
smile and laughter will be remembered in the hearts of his family and
friends forever.
In
1992,
Robbie
was
diagnosed
with a terminal
brain cancer.
Given only two years to live, Robbie very courageously faced the
battle before him. He was only 27 years old. For the last 15 months of
Robbie's life, he was under the
wonderful
loving care
of Hospice Savannah, Inc. Hospice added the care that would go above
and beyond to add dignity and compassion to the end of his life.

Robbie was a big sports fan, so his friends honor his zest for life and
sports by participating in this exciting event. Please come and enjoy a
fun filled day of golf, leisure, and
fellowship. Help give back to Hospice Savannah through the Annual
Robbie Smith Golf Outing and Robbie Smith Endowment Fund for all that
Hospice does for our community.
